Additionally, Applied Ingenuity LLC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • CHAINDRAIN is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year. This does not include any damage from misuse or neglect by the purchaser. Misuse includes modification of components, the use of incompatible cleaners, or exposure to high temperatures. We shall repair, or replace, any defective component(s) at our discretion. The purchaser is responsible for any shipment costs related to the return of goods. Repaired, or replaced, goods will be returned to the purchaser with shipping pre-paid by Applied Ingenuity LLC.
